The client wanted a modern renovation that respected the heritage feel of the home, resulting in a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary styles. Highlights include high-end decking, marble bathroom tiles, and frameless shower screens. The project also required significant structural work, including removing and repositioning a load-bearing wall to extend the bathroom and restructuring the roof frame.
