This project involved a modern renovation of a 1960s redbrick bungalow style home, while maintaining its original charm. The scope included a full bathroom renovation, installation of wardrobes in three bedrooms, and complete electrical upgrades and finishes throughout the home. The interior was freshly painted to complement the contemporary design. The carport extension required modifications to existing structural walls, resulting in a functional and aesthetic solution that fits the space’s tight street layout.
Industrie, Bondi

FW Building delivered a complete uplift and executed the rebrand of the iconic Industrie store on Bronte Road, Bondi. The transformation featured a lighter colour scheme, complemented by American Oak timber flooring and window frames, creating a refreshing, beach-inspired atmosphere. Seamless fixtures and fittings were installed, including powder-coated hanging rails and American Oak floating shelves, all completed within a strict timeframe.
Bourke Street, Redfern

This architecturally designed high-end bathroom renovation included alterations to other parts of the house to create a cohesive, modern design. The client’s vision of a dark, edgy aesthetic was achieved using black tiles and finishes, along with a hidden bamboo door that leads to the laundry, maximising the available space.

This project involved internal renovations to the laundry, two bathrooms, and an upstairs area, as well as external upgrades including a front picket fence and landscaping. The client wanted a modern renovation that respected the heritage feel of the home, resulting in a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary styles. Highlights include high-end decking, marble bathroom tiles, and frameless shower screens. The project also required significant structural work, including removing and repositioning a load-bearing wall to extend the bathroom and restructuring the roof frame.
